Description
MAGPOD base plates in black are drop-in replacements for the floorplates of Magpul PMAG 30 GEN M3 and earlier PMAG 30 magazines, sold as a 3-pack. Because 5.56/.223 magazines are curved, only the rear of a standard base plate touches the ground when the mag is used as a monopod; the MAGPOD's shape makes that position more stable and adds grip for reloads.
